What the role is:
Workstation Specialist
Level: Entry-Level
Reports To: Service Operations Manager
Basic Scope and Function:
The primary objective of the Workstation Specialist is to stage, configure and deploy new equipment for customers. Additionally, the Workstation Specialist will repair equipment and provide a diagnosis to the customer. Thirdly, this team member will work through assigned tasks and projects, occasionally resolving client requests via ticket, email and phone. The goals are to complete your work with accuracy and in an efficient manner to keep the delivery chain moving.
This is a hands-on position, so any candidate must be able to commute to our office in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in standard office environments. Client environments may vary. May be exposed to moderate noise levels from machinery. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for 8 hours or more daily
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Duties may also involve stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching and moving of equipment in order to install or check the installations of network devices and cabling. Travel to various worksites may be required
